Property Manager, Courtney Seams holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Since joining Meridian Realty in 2013, Seams has served as both a Community Association Manager and a Commercial Property Manager. Her diverse property management background has helped her excel in both roles.

Seams began her career in property management in 2006 while working with developer, Julian LeCraw and Company in Charleston, SC. There she played an integral role in the conversion of a large multi-family community into a condominium association. Seams also served as an Assistant Property Manager for Colonial Properties Trust and as a Property Manager for JLC Southeast, both large multi-family housing providers in the Southeast. In these roles Seams gained experience managing employees and vendors, analyzing financials, reducing expenditures and improving the value of the communities she managed.

Seams perfected her property management skills while serving as Assistant to the Vice President at TMG Northwest in Portland, OR. At that time, she also managed a diverse portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations before joining Meridian Realty.

In Seams’ role as a Community Association Manager at Meridian she managed sixteen residential properties, including mid and high-rise condos, townhouses, and single-family homes. Currently, Seams oversees 750,000 square feet of commercial space. Her portfolio includes medical office space, commercial condominiums, and retail centers. In addition to the daily operations at these properties, Seams is responsible for capital project administration, collection activity, tenant retention, budget development and financial reporting. Seams takes pride in the quality of her work and is dedicated to building strong and satisfied relationships with vendors, tenants, and property owners.
