Executive Vice President/Managing Partner, David S. Miner holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University in Texas, the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, a North Carolina Real Estate Broker License, and the National Association of REALTORS’ Green Designation.
Miner has over thirty years asset and property management experience. His specialty is commercial office buildings (particularly high-rise), retail centers, and community association management.
Miner’s career has included both third-party property management and managing corporate facility departments in the Houston and Dallas, Texas markets, and throughout the Piedmont Triad market in North Carolina. His responsibilities have ranged from managing 5,000 square foot properties for local owners to managing 1,000,000+ square foot properties for large institutional owners.
Miner joined Meridian Realty Services, Inc. in 2000 and is responsible for operating and managing all asset/property management functions for a portfolio in excess of three million square feet.
Prior to joining Meridian Realty Services, Miner directed the Corporate Real Estate & Services Division of GMAC Insurance’s Agency Division for five years. While there, he managed the Corporate Real Estate Department that included 800,000 square feet of corporate headquarters facilities and a portfolio of over 100 leased field offices throughout the U.S.A., and the Corporate Purchasing and Facility Services departments.
Prior to joining GMAC Insurance, Miner was with PM Realty Group for over ten years. While there, Miner held various positions including Property Manager, Facility Manager, and General Manager.
