Jennifer Cruise joined Meridian in summer 2015 as an Assistant Community Manager. She is now co-managing the association portfolio with her counterpart, Isaac Campbell. Jennifer is an integral part of the Association Management Team.
Jennifer studied Early Childhood Education at Surry Community College. From there, Jennifer took a role as a legal assistant for Brock & Scott, PLLC. During her three-years at the firm, Jennifer performed a variety of administrative duties including review of legal documents, motions, and default judgements. Jennifer was also responsible for scheduling and case preparation.
In Jennifer’s current role, she manages the day-to-day operations of each community. Jennifer oversees capital projects, coordinates life-safety inspections, manages delinquent accounts, and serves as the first point of contact for all association inquiries. Jennifer takes pride in her work, and strives to build relationships with vendors, tenants, and owners.
