Nick Johnston, a Winston-Salem native, joined Meridian Realty Services in 2016 as Property Manager.  A 2013 graduate of East Carolina University, Nick has been involved in several areas of the real estate industry. Holding a North Carolina Real Estate Broker License since 2012, Nick gained experience in both residential sales and single-family property investing during his time with Stone Street Properties, a Winston-Salem, NC brokerage firm.  Combined with extensive service industry experience acquired from running a successful landscaping company, he brings a well-rounded skillset to Meridian’s commercial property management team.

Nick manages a diverse portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties throughout the Triad and enjoys the multi-faceted management approach required for a property to perform at its full potential.  As Property Manager, he is responsible for all operational aspects of his properties including tenant relations, property maintenance, budgeting, and client consultation. He strives not only to build value in the properties he manages but also to facilitate a mutually beneficial relationship between owner and tenant.
