Meridian has managed our Condo building and association since we have been in existence. The early years had some difficulties because the developer went bankrupt and many of the units were sold at auction. I am in my second year as President of the Homeowners association and we are currently very pleased with the competence and execution of Meridian. Two years ago there were some issues and dissatisfaction with how the building was being managed. We met with Meridian’s senior management about the dissatisfaction. The recovery was truly amazing! Within 30 days they had resolved virtually everything, including issues that were legacy mistakes from the developer prior to Meridian’s involvement. Since that time our relationship is truly a partnership and they consistently serve our best interests in a proactive way. I would not hesitate to recommend Meridian to any association.
