For those looking to Work, Regus has settled nicely into their 10,000 square feet. LMI Builders out of Winston-Salem helped to create state-of-the art office space which includes executive suites, virtual offices and conference room space. Regus has been providing flexible work environments for business professionals since 1989. We are thrilled to have them as a tenant at this property.

For those looking to Eat, The Shoppes at St. George Square has a great new blend of options.

Hakkachow – This dynamic new restaurant offers a blend of the finest Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, and other East Asian dishes. Come dine on their patio and stay warm by the outdoor fireplace. Brought to you by the owners of Bernardin’s and Bleu, this team has been winning over diners for years with their authentic & unique tastes.

Tropical Smoothie Café – Don’t be fooled by the name, this café serves up more than just smoothies. Come in for a refreshing and healthy smoothie, a salad or sandwich made with fresh ingredients, or have them cater your next event. They’re even open for breakfast. Local franchisee Steve Scroggin hopes to open the doors by this November. M.L. Warwick out of GA will be handling the upfit.

Nothing Bundt Cakes – Does their name give it away? That’s what they’re hoping for. This budnt cake shop is certain to be a hit for those looking to indulge or to pick up a gift. Everyone who’s not on a diet is enthusiastic about these new tenants. Knight & Davis Construction group is handling the construction. Grand Opening celebrations will be kicking off early October. Stop by to satisfy your sweet tooth.
