The two communities include Parkside East Townhomes and 654 Holly Ridge, both located here in Winston-Salem. Parkside East is a well-kept townhome community located off the south end of Peters Creek Parkway. Holly Ridge consists of a small number of condominium units and is located right downtown.
Holly Ridge adds to the growing list of Associations Meridian Realty manages in downtown Winston-Salem, bringing the total to 8.
