By Phone – contact your property or community manager, or our administrative assistant during regular business hours. If you are unable to locate the contact information, call 336-722-1986 to speak to someone in our property management group.
By Email – complete the Maintenance Request form on this page and send. It will be routed to your property or community manager. Please do not report an emergency by email.
Emergency Maintenance Requests
(smoke, fire, flood)
During regular business hours – contact your property or community manager, or call 336-722-1986. If warranted, also contact emergency first responders by calling 9-1-1.
After-Hours – call 336-722-1986 and follow the voice prompts to leave a voicemail to report a property emergency. Our on-call maintenance engineer will return your call. Be sure to provide your name, phone number, nature of the emergency, property name, and location. If warranted, also contact emergency first responders by calling 9-1-1.
Non-emergencies reported as emergencies will be responded to during regular business hours.
